If you have a plan or project in mind that you'd like to discuss or share with us, please don't hesitate to get in touch!
This policy explains the responsibilities of clients regarding the content, information, images, documents, media, approvals, materials, and other resources provided for website and digital projects handled by WEB INDIA WEB MULTI SERVICES.
Successful website development depends on timely and accurate information from both the client and our development team. Clients are responsible for providing the required content, approvals, materials, credentials, and business information necessary to complete their project within the agreed timeframe.
WEB INDIA WEB MULTI SERVICES develops websites and digital projects based on the information, content, requirements, materials, and approvals provided by the client.
This policy defines the client's responsibilities relating to those materials and explains how delays, inaccurate information, missing content, unauthorized materials, and delayed approvals may affect the project.
Depending on the project, the client may be required to provide some or all of the following:
Company information, service descriptions, about content, product descriptions, FAQs, policies, and other written material.
Logos, photographs, videos, graphics, certificates, brochures, documents, and other visual materials.
Contact details, addresses, business information, pricing, service details, and other required project information.
Clients are expected to provide the required project content within the agreed development schedule or within the timeframe communicated by our team.
Content should preferably be provided in an organized and usable format so that the development team can efficiently implement it into the project.
The project timeline depends partly on the timely availability of client content. Missing or delayed content may affect the originally discussed completion timeline.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all information supplied for the website or project is accurate, complete, current, and suitable for publication.
This includes but is not limited to:
WEB INDIA WEB MULTI SERVICES is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.
Where the client supplies images, videos, graphics, logos, documents, or other media, the client confirms that they have the necessary rights or permissions to provide those materials for use in the project.
The client should provide high-quality source files wherever possible. Poor-quality or low-resolution materials may affect the final visual quality of the website.
If professional photography, video production, graphic design, copywriting, or other content creation is required, such services may be charged separately unless included in the agreed project scope.
Clients must not provide copyrighted, licensed, trademarked, confidential, or otherwise protected materials unless they have the legal right or permission to use them for the intended purpose.
This may include:
The client is responsible for obtaining required permissions and licenses for client-supplied content.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their website content, products, services, claims, advertisements, policies, and business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
WEB INDIA WEB MULTI SERVICES provides website development and technical services and does not automatically act as the client's legal, regulatory, tax, financial, or compliance advisor.
Clients should obtain professional legal advice where their business or website requires specialized compliance documentation.
Where project development requires access to existing services, the client may need to provide relevant credentials or authorized access.
This may include:
Delays in providing required access may affect the development schedule.
Clients are expected to review website pages, content, layouts, features, and other deliverables provided for approval.
Feedback should be communicated clearly and within the agreed project schedule so that development can continue without unnecessary interruption.
Once a particular page, section, design, content element, or functionality has been approved, later changes may be treated as revisions or additional work depending on the project's scope.
Reasonable content corrections within the agreed project scope may be handled during development.
However, repeated changes, major content restructuring, replacement of previously approved content, or substantial changes to the original requirements may require additional development time or charges.
If development is delayed because the client has not provided required content, information, approvals, credentials, decisions, or other dependencies, the delay will be considered client-related.
Where possible, our team may continue working on other available parts of the project. However, sections that depend on missing client information may remain pending until the required material is received.
A client-related delay does not automatically extend or cancel payment obligations. Due payments remain payable according to the agreed payment schedule and project terms.
Providing content after the agreed development schedule does not automatically postpone the client's payment obligations.
Where the project has reached a payment milestone or a payment has become due under the agreed terms, the applicable amount remains payable even if certain content or approvals from the client are still pending.
Development may continue as the required content, approvals, and dependencies become available.
Where the client asks us to integrate third-party content, services, APIs, software, images, plugins, fonts, payment systems, maps, videos, or other resources, the client is responsible for ensuring that the intended use is authorized.
Third-party providers may impose their own terms, pricing, licensing requirements, technical limitations, or usage restrictions.
Additional third-party charges are not included unless specifically mentioned in the project quotation.
Information provided to WEB INDIA WEB MULTI SERVICES for the purpose of project development may include business information, internal documents, credentials, product information, customer information, and other confidential materials.
Such information should only be shared where it is necessary for the project and through reasonably secure channels wherever possible.
Clients should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information that is not required for the development work.
Clients should retain original copies of their important business content, including:
The development team may use client-provided files during the project, but clients should maintain their own independent copies of important materials.
The client is responsible for claims, disputes, penalties, or losses arising directly from content or information supplied by the client where such content:
The client remains responsible for the legality and accuracy of client-supplied content.
WEB INDIA WEB MULTI SERVICES is responsible for implementing the agreed technical and design requirements based on the information supplied by the client.
The client remains responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, permissions, completeness, and timely delivery of materials supplied for the project.
Both parties are expected to communicate promptly and cooperate throughout the development process to help maintain the agreed project schedule.
